Avni started her Dimagi journey as a Sales Development Representative in 2018 to build the inbound and outbound pipeline of potential self-service customers. After working on partnerships for 2 years, she felt the need to be more connected to the on-ground impact being created by Dimagi’s SaaS customers. As part of her current role in Customer Success, Avni trains new customers on CommCare, helps manage relationships with some key accounts, and hopes to build a community of CommCare users making a positive change with their work!
Before joining Dimagi, she was involved in the skill development and education space – she taught English and Math to 7th & 8th grade students in a government school in Pune, Maharashtra and also managed a project working to bridge the gap faced by female engineering students coming from low-income households.
When she’s not working, Avni loves to travel, discover music, work out, and thanks to the pandemic, has also started learning how to cook and play the ukulele! Cat mom to a beautiful adopted tuxedo cat, she hopes she’ll someday have a double pet home with a dog partner for her as well.
