Rosso (Rose) Dieng

Rose is the Director of Strategic Partnerships – Africa region based in Dakar. Rose believes in
the use of Technology for Good and is passionate about leveraging technology to create
positive societal impact to advance Africa’s digital agenda. For over 16 years, and through times
of profound digital disruption, Rose is dedicated to pushing innovative strategies and solutions
for communities (in Education, Health, Government’s relationship, Public Safety, National
Security, Justice, Public Finance etc…)
Before joining Dimagi, Rose worked mainly at Microsoft and Oracle. She covered the West,
Central and Northern Africa region and delivered expected revenue results due to strong
territory management, key account management, strategic selling, senior level relationship and
deep technology knowledge.
Her role at Dimagi is to understand the partner’s priorities and strategies, align them to Dimagi’s
technology and services, expand strategic relationships to drive larger impact to support
frontline workers.
Rose is a big advocate of Girls in STEAM programs . She loves endless
conversations on african politics, architecture, cooking and visual art.
Rose has a Msc in Business Administration and several certifications from INSEAD, London
Business School, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, CISCO etc…)
