Norman Hooper

Norman is an engineer who joined Dimagi in order to use his software development skills to make more of a positive difference. Norman believes in readable code, and that testability can help to make code simpler. He was once heard telling a friend that Python is the e.e.cummings of programming languages. He comes to Dimagi from the IPT industry, and before that, he had his own software consultancy.

Outside the office Norman enjoys reading, writing, and solving the world’s problems over a glass of wine with friends. For Norman, Dimagi is an opportunity to do more than just talk about solutions.
