Christie Civetta

Christie Civetta is Dimagi’s Senior Director of CommCare Connect Program Strategy. Her role is to drive forward CommCare Connect strategy and programmatic interventions to improve frontline worker jobs for better outcomes. Christie has built her career across organisational management and leadership, partnerships development, and people operations within the technology, global development, and mental health sectors. Prior to joining Dimagi, Christie founded a boutique consultancy supporting mental health organizations with commercial and programmatic strategy. In her free time, Christie enjoys powerlifting, exploring the Alps on a snowboard, and advising socially-minded organizations on employee resilience and wellbeing.
