Dimagi at the Frugal Innovation Forum
Last month, BRAC’s Social Innovation Lab hosted development practitioners and innovators from across South Asia to the first “Frugal Innovation Forum — Scaling Simple Solutions” for a weekend of sharing, learning and problem-solving in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Dimagi India’s Devika Sarin, had the opportunity to attend the conference, and speak to the group about the effective use and scaling of technology, with tools as basic as mobile phones to improve health services and access for underserved populations.
