About the Position
Dimagi is looking for a Senior Project Analyst with excellent communication and problem-solving skills to support a large clinical trial using Digital Adherence Technology (DATs) to ensure fidelity to experimental drug regimens. DATs are a direct-to-patient digital intervention that seeks to improve and streamline treatment adherence, thereby significantly lowering program administration costs by eliminating the need for in-person medication observation visits. This position is open to candidates based in Manila, Philippines only. Candidates must reside in Manila, Philippines.
Please Note: This position is a one year fixed-term part-time position. The position will be hired at 30 hours per week for the first three months and then at 20 hours per week for the remaining duration. This is subject to change based on project requirements.
As a Senior Project Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing one or more projects to optimally roll out DAT solutions for the Gates MRI sponsored PAN-TB clinical trial. You will be the local face in the Philippines for Dimagi with trial staff - conducting all local partner-facing interactions and stakeholder management, troubleshooting technical issues in the field, and ensuring successful launch and ongoing operations for the trial. You will be expected to oversee the implementation of various deliverables against tight timelines. We’re looking for an individual excited about working closely with local partners to help orient them to SureAdhere (Dimagi’s digital adherence and patient engagement platform), and provide client support throughout the Gates MRI trial. The Senior Project Analyst will advance this work through answering queries both remotely and in the field, troubleshooting bug reports and escalating issues appropriately to the right parties.
The Senior Project Analyst will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and the rest of the project team to ensure project success. The Senior Project Analyst will be based locally in the Philippines to help participants utilize SureAdhere’s capabilities and ensure appropriate escalation and partner’s usage of the product.
We are looking for a dynamic individual, at ease with multi-tasking, who enjoys building relationships with partners, who has demonstrated their capacity to master the use of a complex software, and has had experience training others on its utilization.
Responsibilities
The specific responsibilities of your job will be comprised of:
- Support training and onboarding activities with Gates MRI trial staff to help orient them to using SureAdhere, and help them deploy and manage a robust digital adherence program.
- Act as technical consultant for partners. If required, escalate issues to appropriate internal and external teams and/or technical teams.
- Act as the first point-of-contact for all Gates MRI technical issues and support remedial understanding of how to effectively use SureAdhere in their clinic.
- Support procurement and configuration of software for trial at the direction of Senior Program Manager
- Participate in internal and external meetings to review project progress, mitigate risks, coordinate tasks, and ensure quality implementation.
- Regularly communicate with other team members to ensure that the status of work is clear and that any roadblocks are known and can be addressed. This may include daily standups, periodic retrospectives, and weekly team meetings.
- Take ownership of weekly updates and standing calls with trial staff
- Travel for any onsite technical troubleshooting or escalation, as necessary
- Proactively communicate status and raise attention to possible roadblocks. Suggest ways to mitigate the risks/address the issue/remove roadblocks.
- Manage the expectations for the SureAdhere technical support performance, including defining, adhering to, and iterating on internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Relevant Skills
- Between 1-2 years of digital adherence experience OR experience providing software customer service between 1-2 years
- Experience working in and coordinating with dynamic teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Ability to balance multiple completing tasks across multiple projects
- Excellent organization skills
- Eligible to work in the Philippines
- 10-25% travel throughout Philippines (access to personal car)
Bonus Points
- Interest in making a social impact
- Formal experience in digital health or clinical trial support
- Familiarity with the agile model for the software development lifecycle and quality assurance
- Experience working with governments and/or public health
