The Global Strategy and Operations (GSO) Division's mission is to build high impact, mission-aligned, strategic partnerships across Dimagi’s products & offerings while maintaining highly efficient business, people, and regional operations across Dimagi’s divisions.

About the position

Dimagi is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to grow our Digital Adherence offering, SureAdhere, within the Global Strategy and Operations Division. In March of 2022, Dimagi acquired SureAdhere, a virtual care platform that has revolutionized video directly observed therapy (VDOT) and is in use in 350 jurisdictions in the US and 25 countries globally. SureAdhere is a direct-to-patient digital intervention that seeks to support treatment adherence with digital engagement tools, significantly lowering program administration costs and decreasing the burden on the patient by eliminating the need for in-person medication observation visits. We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to focus on understanding SureAdhere’s buyers, crafting compelling positioning and messaging and bringing SureAdhere to market to maximize its impact. The Product Marketing Manager will report to Dimagi’s Global Marketing Director, and have primary accountability to the Global Strategy & Operations division under the Global Director of Digital Adherence. They will be embedded within the Marketing team to receive technical mentorship, support, and the ability to liaise with other marketers supporting Dimagi’s other divisions.

As Product Marketing Manager for SureAdhere, you will think like a general manager with strong customer empathy, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to research, synthesize and analyze data to drive impact. A successful candidate has experience executing at speed, approaches their work with a growth mindset, and is able to work across the organization to deliver great customer experiences and develop high-impact offerings. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute substantially to a more equitable future where everyone has access to the services they need to thrive.
