Earlier this year, we introduced the Frontline Worker (FLW) Advisory Panel — a dynamic, cross-country group of community health workers bringing their stories, expertise, and leadership to the heart of our work.
Now, we’re excited to share more about how this panel is helping shape WellMe — a resilience and well-being app built on CommCare — and to introduce the exceptional advisors behind it.
Led by Dimagi in collaboration with The George Institute and the Johnson & Johnson Foundation, this initiative ensures that the voices of experienced FLWs directly inform the design of WellMe, which helps frontline workers build healthy, sustainable habits through evidence-based content and daily practices. Beyond the app, the panel’s insights will contribute to broader efforts to develop effective digital solutions that strengthen FLW resilience globally.
