Dimagi Named on Inc. 5000 List for the Eighth Time
After a seven-year run on the list from 2011 to 2018, Dimagi was once again named to the Inc. 5000 List of the fastest-growing private companies in America. And as a social enterprise and benefit corporation, we are proud to have reached this milestone while also maintaining our focus on impact and the wellness of our team.
Not only have the companies on the 2021 Inc. 5000 been very competitive within their markets, but this year’s list also proved especially resilient and flexible given 2020’s unprecedented challenges. Among the 5,000, the average median three-year growth rate soared to 543 percent, and median revenue reached $11.1 million. Together, those companies added more than 610,000 jobs over the past three years.
“The 2021 Inc. 5000 list feels like one of the most important rosters of companies ever compiled,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Building one of the fastest-growing companies in America in any year is a remarkable achievement. Building one in the crisis we’ve lived through is just plain amazing. This kind of accomplishment comes with hard work, smart pivots, great leadership, and the help of a whole lot of people.”
Making this list once is an impressive feat, but we are immensely proud to be recognized for the eighth time alongside some of the best companies in the world. According to Inc., “Making this list gets harder every year as your starting base grows.”
Dimagi Co-Founder & CEO Jonathan Jackson:
“At Dimagi, we are interested in revenue growth because it feeds what we call high-impact growth. Every dollar of revenue drives an exponential increase in impact as we work towards our vision of a world where everyone has access to the frontline services they need to thrive.
“Our growth in 2020 is a tribute to our team’s ability to quickly pivot based on the urgent need for outbreak response solutions in the US, while continuing to deliver digital solutions to amplify the impact of frontline workforces globally. We are grateful to Inc for this honor.”
A massive thank you to our partners, team, and our end-users on the frontlines of service who made this possible.
