Celena Mancina

Celena Mancina is the US Health Division’s Senior Director of Operations. Celena serves on the leadership team overseeing the division’s strategic initiatives and special projects alongside the MD and other division leaders.
Prior to Dimigi, Celena was in leadership positions with other impact-focused startups and consulting firms all focusing on operational excellence, project-based work and leadership. 
Previously, Celena was named one of Crain’s Detroit Business’ Twenty in Their 20s award for her work on scholarship funding for women in tech. Through this program, she worked with local organizations to provide full scholarships for more than 80 Michigan women.
Celena is proud to live in the city of Detroit and enjoys being outdoors, biking, kayaking, rowing, spending time with her husband and dog, and traveling. She also loves a good documentary and non-fiction book!
