Amrita Kishore

Amrita is the Director of People Operations based at our Delhi, India Office. She is a results driven HR professional with over 14 years of experience in strategic and operational HR roles across Engineering, Professional Services, Fintech and the Development sectors. Amrita’s passion for creating excellent people experiences led her to pursue a career in HR. During the last 14 years of her work,  she has touched all aspects of human engagement, mentoring, high potential growth and retention. Amrita is a big advocate of ever evolving work practices and has gained rich experience as part of the acquisition team (in one of the past assignments) and led the formalization of harmonized policies and practices. In her free time, you can find Amrita playing with her daughter Avni, going on road trips, listening to music and preparing elaborate meals.
