Temi is a Research Associate working with grant strategy/planning team at Dimagi. Temi is a seasoned research leader who is passionate about developing and delivering relevant solutions to the African market. Using her strong analytical, human-centered design, project management, and leadership skills, she has worked with multi-disciplinary teams at the University of California, Berkeley and IBM ResearchAfrica to design and efficiently implement solutions that addressed waste management, health, and financial services challenges in sub-Saharan Africa.
Temi received her Ph.D. from the University of California, Davis, for her work in the fate of organic pollutants in wastewater and agricultural systems. She also has a M.Sc. degree from the University of California, Davis, for her research in the development and implementation of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) technologies in Uganda. She received her B.Sc. in chemical engineering from the University of California, Riverside.
