About Sri Ranganathan
Sri is a travel fanatic and loves road trips, train journeys and most of all likes to experience different styles of street food. Sri grew up in the IT capital of India, Bangalore and completed his Bachelors in Business Management. Throughout his college life, he has worked on various social sector projects and was responsible for conducting various donation camps on campus. On graduating, his strong passion for the development sector led him to take up the Grassroutes rural fellowship program where-in he worked with traditional artisans from rural Kerala to help promote their products online and create an alternate revenue stream. Inspired by his observations on development, he took up a full-time position as Program Manager at Grassroutes for 2 years and traveled across India to work with over 25 rural based NGOs on designing projects, volunteer management and post-fellowship impact assessment.
At Dimagi, as Field Implementer, he has loved every bit of travel across villages and especially enjoys the bicycle rides. He wishes to use his experience to drive Dimagi’s on-field presence and help foster stronger relationships with the community we serve. In the long run, he wishes to play an important role in Impact Assessment and Business Development.
