About the Position

Dimagi’s largest division, our Solutions Division, is seeking a Strategy and Operations Manager. Reporting to the Solutions Division’s Managing Director and working alongside division leadership, you will have the opportunity to rapidly utilize your skill sets across multiple areas - including financial analysis and modeling, business and team operations, strategy development, and process design and rollout. The work will be challenging, but in the right ways - you'll have an opportunity to quickly dive into and learn from multiple project areas, all while making a real, positive impact. This position can be based out of Dimagi’s office in Cambridge, MA, but is also open to remote employment within the United States. 

Responsibilities

  • Support the Managing Director of the Solutions Division in charting the strategic direction of Dimagi’s largest Division across all operational areas
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans and analysis for the division, including financial models, financial scenarios, and detailed operational strategies
  • Manage regular Solutions reporting processes, including quarterly financial requirements, Objectives & Key Results reporting (OKRs), and annual presentation
  • Develop and implement internal materials, including operational dashboards, pipeline reports, financial planning tools, presentations, and report outs to the Solutions Division
  • In collaboration with the rest of Solutions Leadership, ensure successful execution of team communications and engagement, including definition of channels and their use (i.e., weekly meetings, email groups, etc.), as well as performance management and onboarding support
  • Facilitate coordination with other Divisions and teams at Dimagi, including the SaaS Division, Finance team, and People Operations team
  • Drive forward special projects in conjunction with the Managing Director (for example, competitor analysis, onboarding overhaul, travel policies, etc.)
  • Provide intermittent administrative support to the Managing Director on an as needed basis

Relevant Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in a management consulting, program management or similar strategy and operations role
  • Exceptional analytical mindset, as well as advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools (preferred)
  • Have a good working knowledge of accounting, financial statements, and financial analysis, including financial modeling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability and excitement to engage with external stakeholders, and comfort in assembling and presenting strategy slide decks 
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and detail-oriented
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
