Dimagi Featured in mHealth Field Guide for Newborn Health
As part of a USAID Development Innovation Ventures grant given to Dimagi, CORE Group‘s Kelly Keisling wrote a guide that explains how mHealth serves newborn health. The guide, which just came out, highlights two Dimagi projects in the Middle East with World Vision and in India with Catholic Relief Services, in addition to several other case studies.
The guide highlights numerous areas where mHealth is being used to support newborn health, including through referral and tracking of mothers and infants, decision support for community health workers, community health worker supervision, scheduling and tracking postpartum and postnatal visits, and teaching and counseling for mothers and families.
You can read the guide or view a presentation
about the guide here , presented to the mHealth Working Group by Kelly Keisling.
